First off - why is this place so hot and muggy when you go inside? Theres no air conditioning on. The huge floor fans that they DO have aren't even cut on. I have to wonder if there should be a concern with the proper storing of the food. There were carrots and mixed veggies in containers out on the counters just covered with a lid while the indoor temperature had to be at least 75 to 80 degrees. Secondly - there should be no eating in plain site in front of everyone as an employee. The lady was eating away at something using her hands...wiped her hands on her pants and proceeded to prepare our food. No Ma'am I said - You need to WASH YOUR HANDS!! Who does this really? Do they realize the germs, bacteria, or viruses that can transmit from that. You're not at home - you're preparing food publicly. It's HOT in there and on top of that some hands aren't being washed? I've eaten here a few times mainly via online ordering - but after seeing this and how they continuously refuse to offer comfortable indoor temperatures for waiting or even dining for that matter - I just won't be back. I'm so disappointed in this place especially considering the area it's in - it should be much better.

Today, the chicken teriyaki has no flavor, the broccoli and carrots are tough to chew, the rice is burnt, and the soda from the fountain is flat. Additionally, the air condition is not working, so the front door is propped open letting in bugs. When asked for a new drink, I was told “that’s the way it is”. This place has been declining for years. The staffing, quality, atmosphere, flavor, customer service and price all fluctuate week-to-week, depends on who is cooking and who is taking payments. After several years of giving it “one more try”, today was my last time visiting. The only thing consistent is how inconsistent their operations and quality are. I hate to write bad reviews and after many years of second chances simply due to how close it it to my home, I can’t keep giving my hard earned money to a place that can’t provide good food or a pleasant place to eat.

The new girl who’s been in the morning needs to do better and give better service the attitude she has is ridiculous. Not only that she’s not fast enough to call out orders that are done and sitting there ready to give to the people that we’re waiting. I’ve asked about the old cashier that was here before, she was on top of it and she would immediately recognize me and take my order with a welcoming attitude.

Hibachi pit on concord pkway u get filet mignon steak big chunks and big chunks of chicken u don’t have to have extra for sides because it comes with the hibachi dinner!!! They are winning over jogos and sogos Update!!! I just got sogos tonight and they told me they don’t do half rice half noodles.. point Proven!!! $15 paid to not get what I want

Place is a little hole in the wall. The food is good. I've been here a handful of times and I always run the steak hibachi. I would get pick up as it always seems to be 100 degrees in the restaurant.
